Located in a quiet, ocean-front, gated community with easy accessibilty to Kapoho Bay
and the ocean. For your swimming and snorkeling pleasure, this two-bedroom cottage is
situated on a crystal-clear, geothermally-heated tidal lagoon. The water is a mix of heated,
fresh spring water and sea water, and the temp is usually a wonderfully comfortable 90 degrees.
 
There's a private-line phone, satellite TV and a VCR, a computer hookup,
a barbecue, and a spacious lanai.
 
The Lagoon Cottage is a small house (about 750 sq. ft.), but has two bedrooms, one bath,
a nice kitchen and a small-but-comfortable living room. The Main Attraction at this
vacation home is the indescribably beautiful and always inviting, crystal-clear lagoon!
 
This is a strictly no-smoking vacation home!

The large, inviting lanai looks out over the peaceful lagoon

There's a bright and open kitchen and a small-but-comfy living room.
 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, blender, coffee maker, range, fridge and all cooking and dining needs. This home is thoughtfully and tastefully appointed to make it feel like your very own home-in-Paradise.

There's one bedroom with a queen bed and another with two singles.
 

And across the street is the famous "Champagne Pond,"
which is geothermally heated, crystal clear, and goes out to the ocean.

 We would like to emphasize that there are no traditional white, sandy beaches anywhere near here.

There are many safe places to get into the clear, warm ocean, but remember that this is basically a rocky coastline. Click on Kapoho for details on other beach-parks nearby.

This really is an awesome place. Kapoho is the warmest, sunniest spot on the Windward side of the Big Island. Here you will experience beauty and tranquility with a rare taste of lovely "old Hawaii."
